High-Performance Vacuum Insulated Pipe Bayonet Assemblies
Cryocomp BM3000 Cryogenic Bayonet Assemblies are high-performance cryogenic bayonet connections designed for vacuum insulated piping systems and vacuum-jacketed transfer lines. Engineered for low heat leak, fast installation, and reliable operation, these assemblies provide efficient cryogenic fluid transfer while minimizing thermal loss and boil-off.
Available in ½” and 1″ pipe sizes with a 150 PSI MAWP, precision-machined male and female components form a tight-tolerance vapor lock seal between process and ambient temperatures—eliminating the need for a nose seal. This advanced design reduces heat leak, prevents frost buildup, and ensures consistent, leak-free performance in demanding cryogenic environments.
The BM3000 series supports both vertical and horizontal installation. A clamped connection allows quick assembly and easy disassembly, reducing field installation time and overall system costs.
A complete assembly includes a male and female bayonet, V-band clamp, and O-ring. Complete assemblies can be ordered by adding “SB” to the part number (e.g., BM3049-SB).

Each size bayonet is available as individual male or female components, or as a complete set. A complete assembly includes the male bayonet, female bayonet, V-band clamp, and O-ring.
To order a complete set, append “SB” to the part number — for example, BM3049-SB for the complete ½” × 9″ assembly.
