Vacuum Jacketed Valves for Cryogenic Liquid Service

The Cryocomp C2000 Series provides versatile, field-maintainable vacuum jacketed valves for liquid nitrogen, argon, oxygen, helium, and other cryogenic liquids. Available from ½" pipe to 2" pipe with adapters to tube sizes. The body of the valve can be in globe, right angle, or Y-pattern style. Choose from manual and actuated operation options including pneumatic, solenoid, and valve positioners.

Key Features

  • Interchangeable stem assemblies — stem, seat, and packing replace in-line without removing the valve body, minimizing downtime. Globe, right angle, and Y-pattern body styles all share the same assembly, simplifying spare parts inventory
  • Extended stem design — keeps the handle and packing gland at ambient temperature, away from the cryogenic fluid
  • Flexible actuation on the same body — manual, pneumatic NC/NO, and solenoid without body modification
  • Characterized flow plugs available — standard, equal percentage, or linear trim as a factory option for flow control applications
  • Oxygen service available — CGA G-4.1 cleaning; specify with order
