- DLH Industries designs and builds vacuum jacketed manifolds to customer requirements with inner line sizes from .25" tube to 2" pipe for all the cryogenic liquids including nitrogen, argon, oxygen, hydrogen and helium service. Each manifold is fully pressure tested, mass spec leak tested and the valves functionally tested before shipping to the client. Each manifold has radiation shielding and getters to assure high thermal efficiency and a long life vacuum.
- Any number of manual and actuated valves can be incorporated into the manifold to meet dimensional and functional requirements. Special ends, including pipe threads, bayonets, flanges, VCR flanges and more are available to connect to most terminations.
